Salads rock! We hope you'll find these salad recipes helpful, healthy, and tasty.
Whether you're cooking up a main course and want a nice salad on the side, or you want a simple meal where the salad is the meal, we have lots of great recipes for salads you can use to put something new and fresh on the table.
Who are we? A team of three actually - mother, father, and daughter. Mom is the ground-breaker, always trying out exotic salad recipes like curried beet and pear salad, quinoa salad, or a grilled chicken salad with crispy pita squares! Dad has been making salads since that became his evening chore at the age of 15. He makes a mean dressing and his Greek salads are to die for. And daughter is following in her parents' footsteps - at age 11 she has already perfected several salad dressings, has apprenticed at the hands of a world-class gourmet chef, and gets to wash the lettuce!
We hope you'll try out many of the recipes we've put on this site, and don't forget to come back every so often for more - we're constantly adding new ones. All of our recipes are tested in our own kitchen and by our hungry family at our own dinner table, so you know you're getting only delicious recipes. And since we try to eat healthy food, almost all our recipes are good for you! (We do like the occasional sinful treat, of course!)
Below you'll find a detailed description of each of the main sections of our site; individual recipes are then linked from each of these sections. Happy salad making and bon appetit!
